AEGEE contest - European Day of Environment in Renewable energy

It
is a great pleasure to open up this photo/video contest as a partnership
between the European Students’ Forum AEGEE flagship project 2008-2009
“Sustaining our Future” and connect2earth. To me it expresses nicely the well-known
saying: “Think globally, act locally.” It is a global call for local actions
that matter and could change something in your own communities.
From
May 25th to June 12th we are inviting AEGEE locals to
think about renewable energy, record it to photo or video and upload it here on
the connect2earth site.

do you see renewable energy in your everyday life?

What
is the future of renewable energy?

What
kind of renewable energy sources can be used and are being used in your
community?

Why
is renewable energy good?
These
are just some of the questions you could try to answer with your photos or
videos.
So
take a look around this site, take a look around in your surroundings, share
some thoughts with your fellow AEGEE members and enter the contest (for
details, check “Sustaining our Future” website (www.aegee.org/sustaining) or contact olga.aegee@gmail.com)!
The
winner will be announced on June 19th and will receive a nice prize!
